The section’s main operational areas are matters regarding education, study social issues (BASA) and internationalization issues (BIG). Together we work to ensure that your time at the Biomedical Laboratory Science Programme and Master’s Programme in Diagnostic Cytology will be as rewarding and fun as possible!
You are more than welcome to contact us if you want to know more about student influence or what areas we cover as a section. Information about our on-going activities and such can be found at our Facebook page our Instagram page. You don’t need to have an official post within BAS in order to participate in our events – all section members are welcome!
Election of all student representatives take place before every spring semester (the term of office stretches from the spring semester to the autumn semester), except for the “Terminsansvariga” who are elected during their first semester. If not all seats can be filled during the regular election meeting, it’s OK to apply during the rest of the year as well. If you want to know more about BAS’s work, you’re more than welcome to join one of our meetings – they are open to all section members. Time and place for the next BAS meeting is published at Facebook and Canvas, where you can also find the agendas and meeting minutes from all BAS-meetings.
