Book meeting rooms in Kårhuset and Kårridoren

All MF members can freely book meeting rooms in the Union House (Kårhuset) in Solna and the premises (Kårridoren) in Flemingsberg! Anyone who has an MF user account and email can easily book a room themselves, check with the chair of your union body, who usually is responsible for you user/email account. Read more on the Booking rooms page to see all available rooms and how to book them.

Book projector, speakers, camera and Zettle

On the Booking rooms page you can also find information about how to borrow MF’s projector, speakers, camera or Zettle, e.g. if you are going to organize an event or sell tickets! The equipment is stored in Solna but can be borrowed to Flemingsberg.

Book Solvik

All MF’s committees, sections, commission and associations can work at fixing events to get a free day at Solvik!

The Solvik bailiffs (fogdar), or Sportstugunämnden, are the ones who take care of the maintenance of Solvik. Maintenance work mainly takes place during the Solvik fixing events. There’s usuassly one fixing weekend in the autumn and one in the spring, as well as a fixing week in the summer. On these occasions, the yard is cleaned, houses and windows are painted, bridges are taken up or laid in, wooden decks are oiled, wood is split, worn blankets and mattresses are replaced, elements and pipe systems are checked and the equipment is inventoried.

The union bodies that wish to use Solvik free of charge shall contribute with work corresponding to two personal days (2 x 8 hours) at any fixing event. Those who contribute the most get an extra free night to use at Solvik as a bonus!

MF’s communication channels

The Communication Committee (KomU) is responsible for MF’s internal and external communication and for developing it. On KomU’s page you’ll find more info about how to spread info about events and activities in MF’s official communication channels and social media!
