Programutskottet (PrU) – Programme Committee

The Programme Committee puts all their passion into organizing the parties and pubs at MF! PrU are the ones that arrange the traditional big events at MF – the Lucia Ball, the Amphiox Gasque and the Exam parties in the end of each semester.

As well as the big parties, we also arrange smaller parties and the traditional Friday Pub every Friday from 5 pm to 10 pm in the Pub downstairs at MF. There you can have a beer (or 2, or 3..) with your friends to start the weekend or just chill out after classes. Look out for our special theme nights: Halloween, Rainbow-pub, Karaoke, etc. And if YOU have a cool idea for a theme-night, we can arrange this!

Do you want to know more about PrU? Would you like to test your skills as a bartender on Friday nights? Don’t hesitate to contact us!

If you are interested in working with us, you can contact our “Marskalksföräldrar” on [email protected] or Marskalksföräldrar PrU MF on Facebook!

The host couple is attached to the Program Committee. The host couple consists of the host and the hostess, who together form MF’s host at the official events that MF invites guests to, such as sittings, ceremonies and balls. The positions as host and hostess are honorary assignments. The host couple sends invitations to those who are to be invited to MF’s sessions and parties, compiles session reports for the Program Committee and makes the table placement at the sessions. During the parties, the host couple welcomes the guests, handles MF’s guestbook, answers questions and has a responsibility to represent the corps towards the guests.

The host couple is elected by the Council. The term of office for the host is 1 July – 30 June and for the hostess 1 January – 31 December.
