Bylaw Interpretation Commission

The Bylaw Interpretation Commission can convene when there is disagreement in the interpretation of MF’s bylaws. The Bylaw Interpretation Commission is convened at the request of the Union Council (Fullmäktige), the Board, the association meeting, the Inspector or the auditor. The commission is then convened by the Inspector who acts as the commission’s chair. The Inspector may also choose to convene the commission at the request of a union body or MF member.

The Bylaw Interpretation Commission consists of the Inspector, the auditors and the auditors’ substitutes. The President of Medicinska Föreningen and the Speaker of Fullmäktige are co-opted to the meetings.
