Disciplinary Commission

The Disciplinary Commission investigates reports on and decides about disciplinary actions towards members who have violated MF’s values or rules.

A report about an offense that may result in disciplinary action is submitted to the Board or the Inspector, who then convenes the Disciplinary Commission. The commission meets under the chairmanship of the President of MF. The Disciplinary Commission may hold interviews with a person who has information to provide which is needed for the commission’s processing of a case.
