Election Commission

The Election Commission conducts the union election – Kårvalet, which takes place annually in October. In the union election, all members of Medicinska Föreningen can run for a seat on the union council – Fullmäktige. The Election Commission announces the application period, compiles and presents the candidates, sends a voting link to all MF members who are allowed to vote and then presents the election results. The sections also elect section representatives to Fullmäktige and send them to the Election Commission that presents the representatives together with the public election results.

The Election Commission is elected by Fullmäktige no later than April 30 and consists of a chair, a vice chair and two to five other members.
