A petition to convocate a union meeting (föreningsmöte) was received by the board on the 9th of December 2021 in accordance with the bylaws 4.1.1 d. The union meeting on the 6th of January 2022 made the following decisions:
Yrkande om upplösning av Fullmäktige – Dissolution of the Union Council and subsequent new elections
The Union meeting decides:
to dissolve the union council and that inspector calls for a new election.
Yrkande om rekommendation avseende införande av visselblåsarfunktion – Establishment of a whistleblower function
The Union meeting decides:
to recommend the establishment of a whistle-blower function at MF.
Yrkande om rekommendation att tillsätta en stadgegranskningsgrupp – Appointment of a bylaws review group
The Union meeting decides:
to recommend FUM to install a review group of MF’s bylaws.
Yrkande om rekommendation att tillsätta en extern utredning avseende internkultur och anklagelser – External investigation of the accusations that have emerged and of the culture within Medicinska Föreningen with proposals for changes
The Union meeting decides:
to recommend FUM an external investigation and review of internal culture and accusations.
